Our client, a leading organization in community engagement and employee support, is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to join their team. As a Community Relations Coordinator, you will be part of the Oxys Community Relations & Employee Engagement team supporting employee ticket distribution and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, dependability, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Community Relations Coordinator

Location: HOUSTON, TX

Pay Range: $30.34

Shift:

What's the Job?

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding ticket availability, requests, and distribution timelines.

  • Communicate professionally and clearly with employees via email, phone, and in-person interactions to ensure a positive experience.

  • Distribute and track usage of tickets for Houston-area events such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Houston Astros games.

  • Support distribution and tracking for region-specific tickets, including events for the Colorado Rockies and Midland Rockhounds.

  • Maintain accurate records of ticket assignments, confirmations, returns, and usage with strong attention to detail.

What's Needed?

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through abilities.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel, including data entry, simple tracking, and maintaining organized records.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent availability.
