MEMCO SER is hiring for a Service Foreman in Houston, TX!
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to join our Service Department. This role involves identifying and repairing roof leaks, interacting with customers, and managing job-related documentation.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and identify sources of roof leaks
- Diagnose causes and perform necessary repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site
- Complete job-related paperwork and reports
- Supervise a helper and manage daily service tasks
Requirements:
- Experience with commercial roofing systems
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
