Experienced Clinical Nurse - Main Operating Room
Summary:
The primary purpose of the Clinical Nurse in the Main Operating Room is to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures, while supporting the surgical team and maintaining a sterile environment.
The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room must have a minimum of one year of Operating Room nursing experience. The ideal candidate will have recent experience supporting sinus, otologic, ophthalmologic, and plastic surgery procedures.
Schedule:
Shift: Includes three 12-hour and one rotating 8-hour day shifts with days off TBD based on institutional needs.
*Orientation: *The first 4-6 months will include Operating Room Orientation from Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
Hourly breakdown of salary range:
Minimum $32.69 - *Midpoint *$50.48 - *Maximum *$68.26
PLUS * - Nurses will earn up to *$7,280 in annual department-based differentials.

EDUCATION:
Required: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
WORK EXPERIENCE:

- All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
