Key Responsibilities
· Manage and enhance our enterprise-wide, risk-based sustainability program.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategic priorities and deliver on sustainability commitments.
· Maintain accountability against internal sustainability milestones and drive progress.
· Lead GHG emissions accounting, reporting, and climate-related risk resilience.
· Develop subject‑matter expertise across sustainability focus areas such as:
· energy, carbon, renewable energy, water, biodiversity, plastics, waste, PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness), and circularity.
· Stay current with regulatory frameworks, especially in the EU, and guide internal compliance.
· Identify and promote circularity best practices (use of recycled materials, 4R strategies: reuse, repair, recycle, recover).
· Develop internal policies and procedures for managing used, end‑of‑life, returned, and scrapped electronic equipment.
· Coordinate supplier outreach and follow-ups for programs including:
· Responsible Minerals, RBA audits, emissions reduction, circularity requirements, and human rights due diligence.
· Track and monitor RBA Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), supplier maturity, and progress on sustainability metrics.
· Support removal of high-risk smelters and maintain smelter conformance documentation.
· Coordinate supplier training sessions, including communication, materials, and participation tracking.
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape and manage positions on carbon accounting and green finance frameworks.
· Work closely with top customers, analyze their sustainability expectations, and develop roadmaps in partnership with internal teams.
· Assist with internal and customer-driven sustainability data requests.
· Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for sustainability KPIs, audits, supplier maturity, and compliance.
· Oversee sustainability scorecards for components and manage quarterly business reviews with manufacturing partners.
Required Skills:
· Deep passion for advancing sustainability and ESG principles.
· Understanding of high-tech industry operations, outsourced supply chains, emissions profiles, waste management, and circularity.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with Engineering, Sales, CX, EHSS, Compliance, Legal, and other teams.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
· Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, and prioritization.

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
