Westdale Asset Management Bilingual Assistant Community Manager in Houston, Texas
Rate: $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 564-unit apartment community conveniently located near Beltway 8, 59, 610, and I-10, The Galleria, and Memorial City Mall in Houston! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
Must have two years of property management experience.
One year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
