Our client, a leading organization in commercial real estate management, is seeking a Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting regional offices. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, independence, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Houston, TX
What's the Job?
Support the Facilities Manager in delivering property operations and maintenance services for assigned client portfolios
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through service excellence and hospitality support
Manage relationships with client representatives and on-site stakeholders to discuss service delivery and planning
Operate and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order tracking
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance and operational standards
What's Needed?
Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate environment or third-party service provider
Minimum of two years of experience in project management in HVAC facilities
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneouslY
