Description
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual in Spanish Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations within the accounts payable department.
Responsibilities:
• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accurate payment and recordkeeping.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Perform numeric data entry tasks with precision to support financial reporting needs.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central for efficient invoice and account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve workflow processes.
• Manage accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Generate and maintain reports using Excel to track and analyze financial data.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to facilitate vendor interactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable processes.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central for managing financial data.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong numeric data entry abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
