What We Are Looking For
We are hiring several Laborer/Grounds Crew, located in Ouachita Parish, Marion County, LA, to assist our Knuckle Boom Truck Operators for vegetation and debris removal and hauling operations. You will contribute to restoring impacted communities. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the area around the machine is safely positioned as to not block traffic.
Ensure the traffic is stopped, and then restarted after the Knuckle boom driver is completed their task
Pick up any loose debris after the Knuckle boom driver completes their task
Ensure the ground/pavement is left without any leftover debris
Required Qualifications
GED or H.S. Diploma
You must be able to work 7am to 6pm, or longer if needed, 6 days a week.
Physical requirements include :
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds
Use a hand tools, to include a shovel to pick up debris and deposit it into the Knuckle boom.
