Grand County Appraiser I / II in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado
Grand County is seeking one individual to join the Assessor's Office. Placement as an Appraiser I or II will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
This role performs technical duties involved in the collection and analysis of data for residential, agricultural, and small to medium commercial properties. Key responsibilities include: Conducting property valuations for assessment purposes, performing complex appraisal duties and site inspections, collecting and analyzing descriptive property data.
