Your role and responsibilities

As an Procurement Operations Professional (Accounts Payable), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations by executing invoice and payment processing as part of our Accounts Payable team.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in finance and procurement within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Assist in scanning invoices, recording data, resolving errors, carrying out internal control tasks and making invoice payments;

Providing tax validation of invoices (VAT codes and withholding tax), ensuring the correct application of tax rules and recoverability, according to the specifics of each country;

Ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial data, with a focus on quantitative and qualitative deliveries;

Understand and keep up-to-date the procedures, documentation, instructions and guidelines for auditing and internal controls;

Monitoring compliance with internal monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines and targets;

Continuously develop their skills and knowledge in line with the business strategy;

Sharing information and best practices with the team, promoting collective learning;

Participating in and/or facilitating Agile ceremonies, discussing the status of tasks, actions, activities and possible blockages;

Use collaborative tools for task management and team communication;

Work in an integrated manner in an environment governed by agile methodologies;

Suggest process improvements and contribute to all stages of financial projects;

Lead and support initiatives to improve or modify processes;

Maintaining an effective and respectful relationship with all parties involved (internal customers, suppliers, partner areas);

Promoting a culture of collaboration, support and helpfulness in the workplace;

Providing support to leadership in the execution of projects and specific activities;

Supporting the execution of payments and the preparation of cash flow forecasts.

Required technical and professional expertise

Conhecimento de Contas a Pagar, com experiência prática no processamento e validação de faturas, determinação de impostos e execução de pagamentos para a Argentina.

Possuir documentação válida e atualizada (DNI/CUIT) para obter credenciais (Clave Fiscal) para acessar o portal ARCA (AFIP) para processar atividades relacionadas a faturas emitidas para a IBM Argentina.

Nível fluente em espanhol

*

Português e inglês intermediários (leitura, escrita e conversação).

*

Proficiente em Microsoft Office.

*

Perfil analítico, com capacidade de identificar e propor soluções.

*

Boa gestão do tempo, com capacidade de priorizar atividades em um ambiente dinâmico.

*

Facilidade de trabalhar em equipe, com espírito colaborativo.

*

Adaptabilidade e flexibilidade para trabalhar com mudanças e novos processos.

Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) desejável.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experiência anterior em um ambiente ágil ou com a metodologia Agile/Scrum.

Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de tarefas/projetos (por exemplo, Jira, Trello, Asana).

Conhecimento de processos tributários internacionais.
