The lake life is calling! Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Assistant General Manager to oversee food and beverage operations at the Summit Club House . As a critical leader within our F&B department, you will ensure that our members and guests receive an unparalleled upscale dining experience across multiple outlets, including grill operations, bar services, and event management.

Your Impact: Elevated Operations & Leadership
You will serve as a strategic partner in managing daily operations, driving revenue, and fostering a culture of "Aggressive Hospitality."
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee multiple outlets within the Summit Club House, including the grill, bar, and golf-related beverage services, ensuring consistent five-star quality.
Team Development: Develop training manuals and implement rigorous standards to onboard, coach, and professionally develop a high-performing service team.
Financial Stewardship: Drive sales growth by identifying revenue opportunities; manage labor costs through efficient scheduling and accurate payroll administration.
Talent Management: Lead the recruitment process—interviewing and hiring top talent—and enforce company policies regarding performance and professional conduct.
Inventory & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels, place strategic orders, and ensure seamless product availability for all outlets.
Guest Relations: Act as a premier point of contact for members and guests, proactively resolving issues and ensuring every visit is memorable.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale or high-volume dining environment. Multi-outlet oversight experience is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (40 words per minute minimum); experience with Agilysys POS software is a distinct advantage.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of upscale food preparation, bar service standards, and banquet operations.
Leadership Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Certifications: Must be 18+ with current TABC and Food Handler certifications. Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory MVR is required for resort vehicle operation.
Physical Stamina: Ability to navigate stairs and walk the property daily; ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
