Job Summary

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to established schedules

  • Verify physical inventory against system records

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances

  • Document count results and report issues to inventory control or management

  • Assist with root-cause analysis to prevent recurring inventory errors

  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of inventory

  • Support annual physical inventory counts as needed

  • Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems or ERP software a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
