Piccolomini Development Electrical Foreman in Hopwood, Pennsylvania
Must be capable of running day-to-day operations in the field with a small crew of Electricians/Apprentices.
Working knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and servicing home generators.
Capable of making real time solutions to problems that may arise on jobsite. Able to trouble shoot electrical systems and resolve install issues.
Working knowledge of NEC Code requirements and capable of completing tasks and jobs according to NEC Codes. Enforce OSHA and company standards daily.
Ability to control waste efficiently independently while following job/project specifications. Must be knowledgeable and can recognize KPIs in real time.
Manage site tools, material, and any inventory.
Familiar with operating and using iPad or tablet to assist in completing and assigning work.
Must conduct themselves professionally to both customers and crews while upholding company standards and courtesies.
Be able to coordinate with customers as well as management to ensure progress and schedules are being met efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Journeyman Certification. 5-10 years experience with commercial experience
Able to read and interpret Blueprints
Experience with running a crew unsupervised
OSHA Compliance, CPR and First Aid
Delegation and problem solving experience
Preferred But Not Required:
Master Electrician's License
Advanced knowledge of Applied NEC Code and System Planning.
Solar experience in install and storage
NFPA FOE Safety Training
