Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator. Location: Hopkinsville, KY. Job Description:- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting.- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS systems.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.- Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to understand and support hiring needs across the organization.- Assist in posting job openings and maintaining accurate requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Schedule interviews (phone, video, and onsite) and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation; ensure all pre-employment screening is completed.- Engage with MSP partners to facilitate onboarding.- Support recruitment events and job fairs, including logistics and materials.- Provide timely follow-up and communication with candidates from initial contact to start date.- Participate with onboarding to ensure I9 documents are processed on Day 1.- Support recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding of seasonal employees.- Maintain candidate files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
