Location Description
Hopkins, MN is home to our Michael Foods, Inc. corporate headquarters. Hopkins is located 7 miles west of Minneapolis, boasting natural surroundings in a suburban environment that also provides quick access to major travel ways and local restaurants that give our community a distinct character. POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor, driving business results through innovative people practices. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy, mentoring HR leaders, and ensuring our teams have the support they need to deliver on-time, in-full results for our customers.
You will act as a trusted consultant to leaders, an advocate for employees, and a catalyst for positive change—anticipating workforce needs, guiding through evolving challenges, and ensuring HR solutions align with organizational goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion and strengthen our Build Winning Teams culture byleveragingtools across compensation, talent acquisition, legal, performance, and talent management to foster high collaboration and engagement.
Mentor HR professionals across the region to become strong, strategic business partners.
Partner with the Director of Talent Management to support career development, includinggoal-setting, career tracks, and learning programs.
Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that support key HR initiatives such as hourly recruitment, retention strategies, compensation, employee safety, and communications.
Build deep awareness of the talent pipeline toidentifyfuture leaders,anticipatetalent gaps, and support internal mobility.
Support succession planning, high-potential retention, and readiness development across the business.
Serve as a business partner to Supply Chain/Operations and Corporate leaders on HR projects, processes, and employee relations matters.
Collaborate closely with internal Post HR and PHI shared services to deliver efficient, integrated HR solutions.
Drive a sense of urgency, transparency, and accountability in the execution of business plans.
Ensure the right culture, processes, and metrics are in place to support consistent, high-quality results.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degreerequired
7+ years of experience in a strategic HR leadership role, including experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience in organizational design and workforce planning
Ability tooperatestrategically while executing hands-on responsibilities
Proven ability to translate company priorities into actionable HR strategies
Experience working successfully within a matrixed organization
Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and recommendations
Strong project management skills, including M&A capabilities
Financial acumen with the ability to conduct quantitative analysis and work confidently with financial data
Ability to travel 50% of the time
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Master’s degree or MBA
Employee relations or union negotiation experience
Experience in food manufacturing
The pay range for this position is $113,987 - $177,820 per year.
