Insight Global CRM Support Analyst in Hopewell Township, New Jersey

Job Description

Insight Global's top pharmaceutical client is seeking an Application Analyst to join their Scientific Affairs Technology Product Ownership team. This group owns the CRM platform utilized by their Medical Science Liaisons built on Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com. The Application Analyst will leverage their knowledge of CRM platforms to provide "white glove" support for a variety of support issues coming from the field. They will also be responsible for acting as a data steward for QCing account intakes, liaising between the field and advance technical development teams, and reporting. The candidate should have familiarity with Salesforce.com (Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud), and ideally knowledge/experience with Veeva CRM.

Skills and Requirements

1-2 years' experience in an application support capacity or a CRM power user

1 year experience with Salesforce.com or ideally Veeva CRM

Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working with Field Sales end users

Knowledge of SDLC and other technical concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pharmaceutical MSL or Field Support experience

Hands on Veeva CRM experience

Veeva or Salesforce.com certifications
