Hope Baking Company, located in HOPE, AR, is seeking full-time Production Line Workers. Duties include operating and monitoring production line equipment; assisting with mixing, shaping, baking, cooling, slicing, and packaging of bread products; inspecting items for quality; following GMPs, food safety, and sanitation procedures; maintaining clean work areas; completing production logs; loading/unloading materials; and working with team members to meet production goals.\ Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in food production a plus but not required (training provided); ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; attention to detail; ability to follow instructions; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks; flexibility for shifts, weekends, and overtime.\ Apply to: [Contact Information]
