Insight Global IBM Content Controller (ICC) in Hoover, Alabama

Job Description

This is a remote, ICC-heavy contract role supporting IBM Content Controller and FileNet integrations, urgently needed due to medical leave coverage, with interviews happening immediately and a strong preference for candidates who can ramp up fast.

Support and maintain IBM Content Controller (ICC)

Manage content movement and integrations between FileNet and other enterprise applications

Provide day-to-day operational support for ICC

Potential involvement in FileNet migrations (nice-to-have, not required)

Quickly ramp up to backfill a critical single-support role

Skills and Requirements

Hands-on ICC experience (this is the MOST important requirement)

Prior FileNet experience

Ability to step in quickly with minimal ramp-up due to knowledge gap from medical leave coverage

Nice-to-Have Experience with FileNet migrations

Broader ECM/content engineering background
