Hoople Farmers Grain Co. Agriculture Equipment Operator in Hoople, North Dakota
ND job order 924434 Temporary seasonal position from 3/1/20026 to 12/3/2026 Job Duties include: Operating small to mid-size tractors for unloading grains at the elevator, operating weight scales, and issuing tickets for the grains unloaded. Workers will use small tractors and augers to move material to storage on the worksite. Grains consist of wheat, barley, and corn that will need to be cleaned and conditioned with treatments. All work will be done at the workplace. Minor maintenance will need to be done on equipment, machinery, and buildings, as well as snow removal or clearing of loading/ unloading areas will be done with skid steers and forklifts to keep loading areas clear of debris. Must have a good attitude and be a team player. Workers must be able to speak, read, and understand English for safety reasons and daily record-keeping. Workers must have a current driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. No education level is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. No smoking in the equipment, vehicles, or housing. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and maybe result in dismissal from the job position. Must have 6 months of experience in tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Workers must be able to speak, read, and understand English for safety reasons and daily record keeping.
