Hawaii Pacific Health Physician - Pediatric Endocrinology in Honolulu, Hawaii
About the Opportunity
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a dedicated and Board-Certified Pediatric Endocrinologist join our team on the island of O‘ahu .
What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive pediatric endocrine evaluation and management for conditions including diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2), disorders of growth and puberty, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, disorders of sexual development, metabolic bone disease, obesity, and other endocrine and metabolic conditions
Conduct outpatient clinic visits and oversee the evaluation, interpretation, and management of endocrine diagnostic testing, including growth hormone stimulation testing, continuous glucose monitoring, insulin pump therapy, and other endocrine laboratory and imaging studies as appropriate
Provide call coverage and timely consultation for pediatric inpatients and emergency department patients, collaborating closely with hospitalists, intensivists, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Opportunities are available to participate in teaching and scholarship through a faculty role at the University of Hawai‘i, John A. Burns School of Medicine

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible or Board Certified in the specialty area of practice
Eligible for Hawai‘i medical licensure

About Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children
Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai‘i’s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i’s leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care.
