Hawaii Pacific Health Coordinator, Onboarding - Physician Relations in Honolulu, Hawaii

Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.

As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will assist with physician recruitment and coordinate the onboarding experience. You will also assist in the development of strategic physician recruitment plans for the institution and provide overall administrative support for the department.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related experience. Three (3) years of Human Resources or related administrative experience in an office setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Recruitment experience in provider recruitment or healthcare setting.
