Your role and responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and allocate resources accordingly.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and third-party vendors.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Contribute to proposal development and sales activities related to digital transformation projects.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings
Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of project management experience in IT consultancy, with a strong focus on digital transformation initiatives.
Proven success in managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with digital technologies and tools used in transformation initiatives.
