You will also collaborate closely with the Global Early Talent team to ensure alignment with global priorities and support the successful execution of enterprise‑wide early‑career initiatives. You will serve as the central point of contact for Manulife’s university recruiting efforts, focusing on building and maintaining impactful relationships with universities and key academic partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with local Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective execution of local hiring strategies

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance programs to increase the attraction and retention of diverse early‑career talent

  • Build and maintain relationships with university leaders, faculty, career centers, and student organizations, including those supporting diverse student communities

  • Create and track key metrics, performance indicators, and ROI for campus recruitment strategy and initiatives

  • Oversee the planning and execution of candidate engagement events and activities—such as campus talks, career fairs, on‑campus interviews, and office visits

  • Assess existing campus programs and propose improvements to enhance their effectiveness

  • Manage the overall campus recruiting budget, including event spend and vendor partnerships

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of leadership experience within Campus / Early Talent recruitment

  • Deep understanding of recruitment practices and strong knowledge of the Asia market

  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

  • Confidence in presenting to senior leadership and external partners

  • Strong ability to develop, measure, and report on program objectives and key results

  • Knowledge of recruiting technologies and emerging trends in university hiring

  • Strong project and program management capabilities

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
