Overview
Roles and responsibilities
Managing the daily workflow of digital campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation and optimization, and reporting
Developing programmatic activation strategies, including building audience strategies and sourcing relevant inventory opportunities
Assuming campaign ownership accountability and QAing work of junior team members
Overseeing the execution of operational tasks including campaign creative trafficking, budget management and billing
Conducting regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
Maintaining relationships with relevant media vendors to stay current on product updates, beta opportunities, and best practices implementation
Understanding and communicating our value proposition effectively
Contributing to the development of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
Participating in regular internal session to share and learn new strategies for enhancing campaign performance

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of relevant industry experience
Hands-on knowledge of programmatic buying, including DSPs, ad servers, data partnerships and verification vendors
Other Search, Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics, Planning, client-side roles or e-commerce experience may also be considered for high qualified candidates
Supervisory experience is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills
Critical thinker who has strong strategic opinions on how to grow their client portfolios
Capable to maintain a high level of productivity and work in a rapidly evolving environment
Excellent team player who is comfortable working cross functionally
Has a thirst for knowledge, constantly learning about latest technologies
