Job Summary
The HR Officer supports the Human Resources Department in delivering best-in-class people development, engagement, and administrative excellence. This role plays a key part in curating meaningful learning experiences, fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with the hotel’s luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate documentation.
Support onboarding activities, prepare welcome materials, and facilitate orientation sessions.
Learning & Development
Assist in organizing training programs, managing enrolment, and preparing materials.
Maintain accurate training and development records.
Engagement & Culture
- Support planning of engagement events, recognition programs, and culture‑building initiatives.
HR Administration & Compliance
Handle daily HR administrative duties, filing, data entry, and database maintenance.
Prepare HR reports and ensure documentation meets audit and compliance standards.
HR Support & Projects
Provide operational support to the HR team and department heads.
Participate in HR systems work and assist with projects or ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder
Detailed oriented
Good team player
Proven experience in Learning and Development, particularly in luxury hotels or hospitality
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
Passion for service enhancement and continuous professional development.
Fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is a must.
