What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and monitor millman/stone plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
Adjust material flow, equipment settings, and processes to meet quality and production targets
Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety standards and procedures
Communicate clearly with team members to support continuous plant operations
What We Are Looking For
Capability to safely operate and troubleshoot heavy industrial or mechanical equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to learn processes, tools, and systems used within the plant
Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
This is a second shift position

$27-$29 per hour (second shift differential available)
