What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor millman/stone plant equipment to support safe and efficient production

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability

  • Adjust material flow, equipment settings, and processes to meet quality and production targets

  • Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety standards and procedures

  • Communicate clearly with team members to support continuous plant operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Capability to safely operate and troubleshoot heavy industrial or mechanical equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

  • Willingness to learn processes, tools, and systems used within the plant

  • Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

  • This is a second shift position

  • $27-$29 per hour (second shift differential available)
