What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production

  • Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and adjustments on plant systems

  • Coordinate material flow to meet production demands and quality specifications

  • Complete daily operational logs and communicate issues promptly

  • Support safe work practices, housekeeping, and team collaboration across the site

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to operate and learn plant systems, controls, and related equipment

  • Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or manufacturing settings

  • Capability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment checks

  • Dependability in following procedures, documentation, and production standards

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

  • $27 - $31 per hour
