What will you be doing?
Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, PLCs, and control systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Install, align, and calibrate machinery and equipment
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
What do you bring?
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
3+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (including 480V), motor controls, and PLC troubleshooting
Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical systems
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
