WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Slice, portion, and plate smoked meats to order
- Maintain consistent cuts and portion sizes to our standards
- Safely operate knives, slicers, and other cutting equipment
- Keep the carving station clean, stocked, and organized
- Monitor meat quality and freshness throughout service
- Work closely with the pit and kitchen team during service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with meat cutting, butchering, or carving preferred
- Comfortable with knives and kitchen cutting equipment
- Knowledge of beef, pork, and poultry cuts is a plus
- Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy service
- Strong food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
