Compensation: $32.09 - $36.89 per hour, depending on verification of experience and qualifications.

As a residential care facility – also called a rest home – Beaven Kelly Home provides the best of both worlds. Our residents are free to come and go as they please, and they have the structure and reassurance of around-the-clock assistance from professional nursing and support staff, if they need it.

We also offer respite care for elders , providing temporary relief for their regular caregivers.

Your Mission: Enhancing Lives Through Quality Care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observation Extraordinaire: Skillfully observe residents' conditions, contributing vital information for care planning. Your holistic approach considers not just physical needs, but also emotional and social well-being.

  • Care Implementation Champion: Execute physician orders and nursing interventions while adhering to facility policies and the scope of practice set by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.

  • Care Planning Partner: Be an active participant in resident care planning. Your data collection and support of our nursing department's philosophy, goals, and objectives are crucial for success.

  • Safety Guardian: Uphold safety, security, and infection control policies. Your watchful eye ensures resident well-being and a secure environment for all.

  • Change Sentinel: Monitor residents' conditions consistently, promptly reporting significant changes to supervisors, physicians, and responsible parties. Your accurate and timely documentation is key to optimal care.

  • Education Enthusiast: Participate in educational programs, enhancing your expertise. Attend required sessions, meetings, and maintain essential licenses and certifications.

  • Team Dynamo: Foster a positive, productive atmosphere. Your respect, courtesy, and teamwork inspire high performance and unity among colleagues, residents, and families.

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensure Luminary: Hold a current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Clinical Experience Expert: Bring recent experience in long-term care, acute care, or home care to our team.

  • Observation Maestro: Showcase your skilled observation and teamwork prowess. Knowledge of MDS and Care Planning in skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

  • Strength & Adaptability: Safely handle essential job functions, even with reasonable accommodation.

  • CPR Champion: Maintain current CPR certifications.
