Human Resource Coordinatoror Holyoke MA Join us as a Human Resources Coordinator Full Time 40 hours Monday-Friday As a Human Resources Coordinator for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you?ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. As a Human Resources Coordinator: You will aid and facilitate all Human Resource (HR) processes including onboarding all new hires. You will assist in resolving benefits-related issues and ensures effective 360-degree communication to employees and stakeholders of the various plan design details and issue resolution You make certain that plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions and company policies are followed You provide administrative support to the human resource function for the health center as needed, including, but not limited to answering phone inquiries, responding to e-mails, assisting employees that walk-in to HR, record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry You will promote a positive culture You will report directly to the Human Resource Manager. Successful Human Resource Coordinator candidates will have the following: Associate or bachelor?s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred At least two years verifiable Human Resources experience Prior experience working in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent computer skills with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, Teams including calendar management experience Experience with ADP preferred When you join the growing MiraVista team, you\'re not just taking a job, you?re making a difference in people?s lives.
