ASC Americas Inc. in Holmdel, NJ is seeking an experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer to design and develop software solutions that meet user needs, improve system performance, and ensure seamless integration between software and hardware systems, while also maintaining and enhancing existing applications and databases. Individual will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of computer science and engineering principles and concepts, as well as hands-on software development and Azure experience, to perform the duties of the position. Job responsibilities and duties include: •Administering the resources of our Cloud Solutions in Azure Cloud and AWS (Amazon Web Services). •Daily monitoring of alarms and log analysis of our cloud solutions. •Managing the deployment of new application versions in our solutions. •Technical assistance for internal employees and customers when a deeper knowledge and expertise is required in our solution, as well as in infrastructure. •Technical assistance of R&D and QAM teams to manage their resources in our Dev environments. •Administering on-premises resources linked to the Cloud environments like Azure Cloud, AWS, etc. •Performing customer and partner onboarding in our Cloud environments. •Training the regional partners of ASC in our Cloud Solutions. •Technical assistance of our regional teams for deployments in our on-premises solutions. •Participating in daily meetings and coordinate with teams worldwide. •Processing different types of tickets globally for the whole company. •Open/Manage internal R&D tickets.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of the above-stated primary requirements, the company will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least seven (7) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. This position will also require the following certifications: •Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) •Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) •Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following: 1.Demonstrated understanding of recording systems concepts and industry practices. 2.One or more of the following tools: TDM, PBX, or VoIP. 3.PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server. 4.Demonstrated knowledge of Networking fundamentals as they relate to recording systems. 5.Network capture tools and VoIP protocols. 6.DevOps experience with Azure and AWS 7.Infrastructure and automation using one or more of the following tools: ARM, Bicep, or Terraform. 8.Server management and monitoring in hybrid and cloud environments. 9.AI concepts as applied to voice analytics. 10.Demonstrated experience supporting highly regulated environments.
