Paid Media Operations & Analytics ManagerPosition OverviewOur client, the in-house agency of a well-known insurance services company, is looking for a Paid Media Operations & Analytics Manager to add to their growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-conscious Paid Media Operations & Analytics Manager to lead the project management, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns within multiple advertising platforms across several lines of business. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and performance optimization within the highly regulated financial services industry.This role is up to 40 hours, for a minimum of 6 months, and requires you to be onsite 3 days per week in either Hudson Yards, Holmdel, NJ, or Bethlehem, PA offices.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & TraffickingManage end-to-end setup, QA, and launch of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads, and other ad platforms.Responsible for creating and managing campaign timelines and project managing launch details and schedules. Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events while ensuring compliance with financial advertising regulations.Ensure proper audience targeting, creative rotation, and budget pacing across platforms.Platform ExpertiseServe as the internal expert on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations specific to financial services.Stay current on platform updates, ad policy changes, and new ad formats, especially those impacting financial products and services.Provide strategic guidance on campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation tailored to financial audiences (e.g., brokers, advisors, business decision-makers).Operational ExcellenceDevelop and maintain SOPs for campaign trafficking, delivering of creative specs, landing page alignment, and reporting workflows with a focus on compliance and audit readiness.Collaborate with media planners, compliance/legal teams, creative, and analytics to ensure seamless and compliant execution.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.Reporting & OptimizationEnsure accurate data collection and attribution across all platforms.Monitor campaign performance, spending, pacing, budgets, and delivery; flag issues and recommend optimizations.Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and actionable insights, especially around lead quality and conversion tracking.Attend performance reporting meetings and track optimization recommendations. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all advertising meets regulatory standardsLiaise with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google account reps to troubleshoot issues and leverage platform support.Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.Qualifications4+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with hands-on experience in Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.Experience managing campaigns in regulated industries, preferably financial services. Proven ability to work across multiple teams and different Lines of Business. Strong understanding of paid media strategy, targeting, and performance metrics across social and search.Hands-on experience in building dashboards within funnel.io or similar analytics tools. Experience with pixel implementation, tag management systems, and campaign QA.Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager) and analytics platforms.Preferred SkillsExperience managing and executing enterprise-level campaigns and large-scale media budgets.Knowledge of financial advertising regulations.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront).Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.Strong project management skills, including timeline management and stakeholder coordination.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, compliance, and analytics teams.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
