Kelly Services Packaging Operator in Holley, New York

As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be the heartbeat of the production floor, ensuring that machines run smoothly and products meet high-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a "hands-on" environment and values a work-life balance provided by a rotating schedule.

Shift & Compensation

One of the best perks here is the rotating schedule , meaning you only work about 15 days a month while still getting full-time hours!

  • Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $17.54 per hour

  • Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM): $19.04 per hour (includes a $1.50 shift differential)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Machine Operation: Monitoring and running packaging equipment to keep production moving.

  • Quality Control: Performing visual and functional checks every 15 minutes to ensure everything is perfect.

  • Safety First: Wearing PPE and following strict safety protocols (like lock-out/tag-out) to keep yourself and your team safe.
