Packaging Machine Operator – Holley, NY – $17.54–$19.04/hr

Shifts & Pay:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $17.54/hr
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $19.04/hr (includes $1.50 shift differential)
Rotating schedule (approximately 15 workdays per month)
Kelly Services is hiring Packaging Machine Operators for a premier manufacturing client in Holley, NY . This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on manufacturing experience in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Operate and monitor packaging machines to keep production running smoothly
Report any equipment, safety, productivity, or quality issues
Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures
Conduct regular visual and functional quality checks
Meet or exceed daily production goals
Communicate with operators across shifts for smooth handoffs
Keep your workstation clean, prepare machines for shift changes, and assist with cleaning at shift end
Perform light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing, reaching, and bending throughout your shift
Who This Role is For:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Ability to follow all safety and quality procedures
Basic math and reading skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be active on your feet throughout the shift
Strong team player and communicator (preferred)
