Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Holland, Michigan. In this role, you will drive sales strategies, engage with clients, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
• Proficiency in inside sales and direct sales techniques.
• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound sales activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on insights.
