Do you enjoy working with your hands, dialing in quality, and seeing a project come off the press looking just right? Schreur Printing & Mailing is looking for an Offset Press Operator to join our team.
In this role, you'll run and maintain our offset press, making sure every job meets the quality our clients count on. From setup to final sheets, you'll play a key part in turning ideas into finished print pieces that help businesses connect and grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
Set up and operate offset printing press equipment
Monitor color, registration, and overall print quality
Make adjustments to ensure consistency throughout the run
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in top shape
Work with the team to keep jobs moving on schedule
What We're Looking For:
Experience with offset press operation preferred (GTO 5-color & Ryobi presses)
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and team mindset
