Engineer I, Equipment. Holland, MI. Install new electrical/electronic equipment and technologies on lithium-ion polymer battery production line. Improve equipment to increase overall efficiency/productivity. Analyze/report on OEE. Support completion of PLC program-based production work order. Create/monitor/modify Ladder Logic-based PLC programs. Monitor post-improvement equipment performance. Program/maintain manufacturing automation and controls systems. Adhere to safety requirements. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards. Requires bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field and coursework in Control Engineering, Smart Factory PLC, Lithium Ion Batteries, Electric Power Generation Engineering, Microcontroller Fundamentals, and Electrical/Electronic Circuits.
