Location: Holland, MI Pay: Starting at $17.13/hr Schedule: Monday -- Friday (Full-Time or Part-Time)

As a CLS Specialist, you aren't just "providing care"-you are a bridge to independence. You are the person who helps someone with intellectual or developmental disabilities navigate their world, build new skills, and find their voice.
Your day-to-day might look like: Exploring the Community: Helping someone find a great volunteer spot or a new hobby. Building Independence: Teaching the "art" of a great home-cooked meal or managing a shopping trip. Being an Advocate: Ensuring the people we serve are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Celebrating Wins: Whether it's hitting a personal safety goal or mastering a new task, you are there to cheer them on.

What We're Looking For
The Right Heart: You are patient, motivating, and believe in empowerment. Reliability: You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Michigan Driver's License with reliable transportation. Communication: You're a pro at keeping your team in the loop and maintaining a positive vibe. Clean Record: A clear criminal background check is required. Note: One year of experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we want to meet you!
