Jacobs Aviation Project Manager in Holladay, Utah
Jacobs wants you on our team. As an Aviation Project Manager in the Salt Lake City metro area, you’ll guide high-impact airport and aviation infrastructure projects from concept through completion — all while helping clients modernize the way the world moves.

What You’ll Do
As a key leader in our Aviation team, you’ll:
• Own projects from day one — guiding aviation infrastructure programs from planning to delivery
• Build and drive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring predictable and exceptional outcomes
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams — engineers, architects, planners, and contractors — to keep progress aligned and moving
• Champion compliance with FAA regulations, safety requirements, and environmental standards
• Identify risks early and lead the development of smart, actionable mitigation plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping communication transparent and relationships strong
• Promote continuous improvement, ensuring every project delivers excellence
• Be engaged in projects pursuits and support business development efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related engineering field
• Registered Professional Engineer in Utah, or available to obtain by reciprocity within 2 months
• 10-20 years of experience delivering aviation-related projects
• Strong knowledge of aviation standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• PMP certification
• Experience with sustainable aviation technologies or practices
