Giese Farms Agricultural Technician (multiple openings) in Hoffman, Minnesota
Job Duties
Plant seeds and maintain crops throughout their growth cycle, ensuring optimal conditions for growth. Contribute to the overall crop production process for high yield and quality. Harvest crops, making sure to follow efficient and safe collection processes. Process harvested crops to prepare for distribution. Load crops in trucks and railroad cars. Oversee the storage of crops, applying necessary treatments, and preparing crops for harvest. Operate agricultural equipment to move materials and harvest crops. Use skidsteer equipment for tasks such as moving debris or material around the farm. Perform inspections of crop samples to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards. Multiple positions available.
Minimum Education Required
No education required.
Minimum Experience Required
This position requires at least two (2) years of experience in agriculture (any title).
