What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Oversees general office administration and provides support in a variety of areas and functions. Ensures building and facilities are clean and safe for colleagues and visitors.
Responsible for a variety of HR duties such as new colleague orientation and onboarding. Trains new office staff colleagues and provides support to less experienced office staff members. May track vacations, timesheets, payroll, etc.
Assists with and ensure accuracy with bookings by reviewing and tracking contracts throughout each stage of the process.
Maintains customer and booking information in system and makes changes as needed.
Generates customer invoices, processes payments and follows up with collections. May handle accounts payable and customer invoicing. Assist the service department with billing for projects, customer changes and requests, scheduling and other duties.
Assists Project Managers and other colleagues with change orders, subcontractors, bonds, safety and vendor information, miscellaneous paperwork and financial reporting.
Performs other office administrative duties including but not limited to ordering and tracking office supplies and other supplies/services such as ordering company shirts. Handles all site maintenance issues (e.g. pest control, etc.) and office equipment.
May assist with fleet operations including ordering trucks or vans, maintaining fuel and maintenance cards. Ensure accurate driver information and recordkeeping.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years office management or equivalent
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
- 2 years accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial
Salary Range : $61,800 - $80,000
