Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward Lease Administration and Real Estate Support Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks related to lease data management, reporting, process documentation and real estate process and coordination activities. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Support internal lease administration and real estate activities across Convergint’s US and select international portfolios
Assist with lease data entry, abstraction, validation, and updates in internal systems
Prepare and distribute recurring reports, including rent schedules and critical date tracking
Help maintain process documentation and contribute to updates of internal playbooks
Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Transaction Management to ensure alignment and data accuracy
Participate in onboarding activities for new accounts, including data migration and system setup
Assist with monthly billing processes and internal reconciliations
Respond to internal inquiries related to lease terms, obligations, and reporting
Support internal audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and data as needed
Support the development and maintenance of real estate standards, policies and procedures
Provide communication and coordination in support of lease administration and real estate for all offices across the portfolio
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
Participate in training and development programs to stay current on lease administration practices and tools
Demonstrate initiative and urgency in completing assigned tasks and meeting internal deadlines
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all lease-related activities

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred: Finance/ Real Estate, or Accounting
Minimum Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in lease administration or related field preferred
Familiarity with lease databases and financial reporting tools
Ability to read and interpret lease documents and financial statements
Salary Range: $60,000-90,000/annual
