How you’ll make an impact in this role
Preparing equipment and sterile fields, and managing specimens.
Reviewing medical histories, positioning patients, and preparing testing sites (cleaning, shaving, or numbing).
Interpreting and reporting test results while identifying and correcting recording errors or artifacts.
Observing patients before, during, and after procedures and reporting abnormal findings.
Maintaining equipment, supplies, and the laboratory area.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- 1+ year of recent Endoscopy Technician experience
