Continental Toyota Warranty Coordinator in Hodgkins, Illinois

What We Offer: * Medical, dental, vision insurance * Multiple Ancillary Benefits * Life Insurance * Five-day work week, Weekends off * Vacation/holiday pay – when eligible * 401k * Opportunities for advancement * Highly Equipped Facility * We foster a, collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas are valued. * Growth-oriented environment Responsibilities: * Book warranty repair orders accurately and timely * Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up * Service contract claim submission and follow up. * Reconcile schedules needed (Sublet, Warranty, Extended Warranty and Work in Process) * Run weekly and Monthly Reports for Department Manager as needed * Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors regarding warranty issues * Collaborate with parts and service departments to verify warranty parts and repairs * Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and documentation Requirements: * Experienced warranty administrator with CDK experience & knowledge of Toyota policies & procedures * Detail-oriented * Ability to work well with others and be part of a team * Proficiency Microsoft Office and Excel * General accounting knowledge preferred * Must be able to work 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday Through Friday
