•Assist in working with clients to review and select fabrics, patterns, trim, and other materials to be used for garments.•Prepare fashion drawings and sketches based on clients’ design concepts, under the guidance of senior staff.• Contribute to the preparation of detailed technical specification packages describing color schemes, construction methods, and materials.•Support the coordination of production timelines and design process in line with client requirements.•Communicate with the tailoring department to relay design details and follow up on garment development.•Assist pattern makers by reviewing preliminary patterns and noting corrections to address potential production issues.•Draft cutters’ instructions and organize documentation for reproducing clients’ products.• Participate in hand draping and pleating of garments according to design instructions. Record measurements of samples and pattern specifications, and assist in grading productionsizes.• Provide input to help improve product quality and identify opportunities for cost efficiency under supervision.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or foreign equivalent, plus 6 months of experience in the job offered
