You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Business Partnering:
Support and advise the Line Managers in HR processes, training, recruitment, promotion, discipline, ...
Partner with Line Managers to provide the good employee’s experience in all employee cycle’s moments
Performance Management: Implement performance management process through coaching and partnering with Line Managers within the consistent guidance of Mondelez.
Training and development: Ensure successful delivery and implementation of all training and development programs, to support continuous business development and associates career growth.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Advise and support managers and employees to create a great working environment for a high engaged business team under Mondelez's core values to continue to improve business performance through various kinds of engagement programs & activities
Work with Leadership Team in executing culture building activities, values promoting with the keyobjectiveto increase employee engagement at the plant
Other HR tasks
Preparing employee’s related reports to relevant parties to ensure all data requests are provided on time, carefully
Assistingwith all employee’s queries to ensure employees’ satisfaction
To conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process
Participating in various HR projects as assigned by line manager.
Implement and control the implementation of policies and personnel processes within the company
Job specific requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in HR with a strong customer service orientation
Partnering, planning and communication skills
Experience working to deadlines with strong prioritization skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree
Ability to work under high pressure and respond quickly and flexibly to changing business needs.
Problem identification and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and provide effective resolutions proactively.
Ability to follow up on tasks proactively and ensure thorough execution.
Experience working with business teams and partners is an advantage.
Be willing to go on field trips to interact with the Sales team or travel for business whenrequired.
