Key responsibilities are

• Sample specimen preparation, furniture installation,

• Sample Loading

• Air Sample Collection, Labelling of Tubes;

• Chamber Validation—recovery, air tightness, air exchange, mixing

• Maintenance of Chambers and Equipment used during testing

• Keep raw data storage in share folder accordingly (test request form, sample log, pictures, contact);

• Raw data entry in Labware.

• Sample management accordingly.

• Obey UL Solution’s Code of Conduct, be able to read, learn and follow all SOPs and policy.

• Lưu trữ dữ liệu thô trong thư mục chia sẻ (phiếu yêu cầu thử nghiệm, nhật ký mẫu, hình ảnh, thông tin liên hệ);

• Nhập dữ liệu vào phần mềm Labware.

• Quản lý mẫu theo đúng quy trình.

• Tuân thủ Quy tắc ứng xử của công ty, có khả năng đọc, học và làm theo tất cả các quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP) và chính sách.

Requirement:

• Hard-working, active and initiative

• Work experience is not mandotary

• College in Chemical/Enviromental/ Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,… “College in science or technical field is fine. Education lower than college but with good sense is also acceptable.”

• Be open to communicate;

• Good English reading skills;

• Be patient and careful with lab work and lab record

• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing apparatus and techniques common to the appropriate discipline.

• Hold continuous improvement mindset in work.

• May need to work for half-day OT in weekend due to testing schedule.

• Kiên nhẫn và cẩn thận trong công việc thí nghiệm và ghi chép kết quả đo

• Kiến thức cơ bản về các thiết bị và kỹ thuật phòng thí nghiệm.

• Luôn hướng đến sự cải tiến liên tục trong công việc.

• Tăng ca nửa ngày cuối tuần phụ thuộc vào lịch thử nghiệm.
