As the Commercial TA Lead , you will be a strategic driver of our growth, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent for our most dynamic functions. This role offers a unique blend of high-level stakeholder management, team leadership, and regional project involvement within an MNC operating model.
How you will contribute
1. Strategic TA Leadership & Team Management
Lead and inspire a team of Talent Advisors and TA Interns to achieve hiring excellence.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior/high-level roles within the Commercial function.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on TA Operational Excellence , ensuring quality of hire and optimal time-to-fill.
2. Business Partnership & Functional Agility
Act as a strategic TA partner to the Commercial business (Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Ops & Capability) and Functional People Leads (HRBPs).
Maintain agility to support Non-Commercial functions (Back-office and Manufacturing) as business needs evolve.
Collaborate closely with the Non-Commercial TA Lead to ensure a unified TA service delivery.
3. Strategic Talent Programs & Employer Branding
Early Career Programs: Design and execute flagship programs including Management Trainee and Sales Trainee programs to build a robust talent pipeline.
Employer Branding: Shared leadership of leading the EB agenda, from strategy to execution, to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
4. Vendor & Project Management
Manage performance and relationships with hiring vendors/agencies to ensure ROI.
Lead and participate in SEA TA Projects and local HR transformation initiatives.
Utilize data for reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights to the Country TA Lead and leadership team.
What you will bring
Experience: 10–14 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition within an MNC operating model (FMCG background is a significant advantage).
People Management: At least 2 years of experience leading and developing a TA team.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to move beyond administrative tasks to provide strategic, long-term talent solutions.
Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects (Core hiring effectiveness, EB, Trainee programs, or Regional initiatives).
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
