The Role
We are seeking a Lifecycle Monetisation & Automation Lead to own cross-selling and upselling performance across teaching centers. This role uses marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle design to drive higher subject attach rates and incremental revenue. Automation is the lever, but revenue impact is the outcome.
What You'll Do
Own cross-sell and upsell KPIs including attach rate, conversion, and incremental revenue
Design lifecycle journeys and automation triggers aligned to parent decision moments
Build remarketing and nudging flows to warm parents before frontline conversations
Define handoffs from automation to Sales Ops
Work with Sales Ops to embed monetisation prompts into daily workflows
Partner RevOps to ensure clean data capture and reporting
Continuously test and refine offers, timing, and messaging
What We're Looking For
5+ years in lifecycle marketing, martech, or growth automation roles
Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools
Proven track record driving conversion or upsell outcomes
Experience working with offline or human-in-the-loop sales models
Strong analytical and execution mindset
Vietnamese fluency preferred; English proficiency required
